Optii Odometry V2 is a revolutionary odometry pod designed for First Tech Challenge robots.
This odometer bridge is the most compact yet, with a footprint of only 39 x 39 mm. It's 64.5mm tall and shrinks to just 48mm tall when compressed.
It was designed specifically for FTC teams, allowing for easy mounting to any build system or robot design. With M4 threaded holes on the sides, perfect for Gobilda channels or a parallel plate undercarriage, and M3 holes to fit REV channels, you can easily integrate the Odometry V2 into your robot design.
The compact design of the bridge allows it to be oriented in two directions within the REV or goBILDA U channels, offering more design flexibility. In addition, its vertical spring design frees up more space in your robot. Also, the springs in the Odometry V2 have less force than the V1, allowing for better compatibility with the design of any team robot.
This odometer bridge also includes a string attachment point so the bridge can be retracted to avoid any terrain.
The Odometry V2 must be mounted so that the top of the mounting plate is 54 - 60 mm above the ground.
