Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), you have the right, as a person (not a legal entity), to withdraw from the distance selling contract and return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalties.

Product returns are accepted only if the items are in the same condition in which they were delivered – unused, without any signs of wear or damage, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).

The return shipping costs will be covered by SC PLEX ROBOTICS SRL.

Steps to follow for returning a product:

  1. Send an email to office@plexrobotics.com or use the contact form on our website.

  2. You will receive our confirmation of return approval.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided in the confirmation.

  4. When sending the package, please include the following inside the parcel:

    • your full name;

    • your phone number;

    • the order ID;

    • an IBAN account number for the refund;

    • a copy of the purchase invoice.

The value of the returned product will be refunded via bank transfer or the same payment method used originally, within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product is received by SC PLEX ROBOTICS SRL.

Exceptions and important notes:

Returns will not be accepted for products that show:

  • damaged or incomplete packaging;

  • signs of wear, scratches, dents, mechanical or electrical shocks;

  • missing accessories or documentation (such as warranty certificates, invoices, etc.).

If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a value corresponding to the damage, which will be communicated to the client after the assessment.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns in the event of abusive behavior (e.g., repeated unjustified returns).
