This 24 Tooth 8mm REX® bore pinion pulley is specifically for 5mm HTD belt with a width of 9mm or less. The bore matches the profile of 8mm REX® shafting to create a positive drive. The pair of set-screws lock the pulley from moving axially on the shaft.
Around the 8mm REX® bore are four thru-holes on the goBILDA® 16mm pattern that allow you to attach this pulley to hubs and other components throughout the goBILDA® build system. The hex counterbores can seat nuts and screw heads, which helps to narrow your pulley assembly’s overall width.
The built-in shim allows this pulley to contact a bearing directly without the need for a separate component between them.
