The 5mm Hex to 8mm Round Bearing Insert, when paired with the 8mm x 12mm x 3.5mm Flanged Bearing (REV-49-1559), allows you to support 5mm hex shaft with a robust low friction bearing. It includes a pair of locking tabs that secure the insert to the bearing.
