Fine-toothed to drive 6mm wide GT2 belt, this pulley’s dual-material construction rocks steel where you need it—in its flange, and the barrel that houses the threads of its set-screw hole—while using aluminum in the remainder of the pulley.

The 1/8" bore matches perfectly with the 1/8" D-shaft on a 5000 Series motor. The M4 set-screw—which features the thread-locking magic of a nylon patch—interfaces securely with the flat of the D-shaft, and it’s driven via a torx drive that allows you to put gorilla-level torque on the screw! (You might wonder where you’ll find a Torx key—and don't worry! A T8 Torx key is included so that you don't need to rifle through your toolbox.)
